The new location of our store will be www.KissMyCart.net.

Not only will the helpdesk deal with all sales and support queries, it will also handle all aspects of purchasing and your account. Once completed you will only need one login and one account with us. Your account will show all new orders, comprehensive knowledgebase and all emails sent from us and from you to us all within a single account page.

We expect this transition to be completed by late afternoon on Saturday the 4th July 2009 and we apologise for any inconvenience this causes but during this time you will not be able to place any orders with us or submit any support tickets. If you currently have an active support ticket this will be transferred however you will not be able to update your ticket via your email program initially because the email will be sent to the old helpdesk and will bounce. Once we are up and running you will need to login to view your ticket(s) and make any updates, after which you will then be able to reply via your email program like before.

Once everything is completed we will send out an email to all customers informing them of the change with instructions on what to do next.

If you have an account already registered to our helpdesk then this will be transferred over so you won't need to do anything however we will not be able to transfer accounts that are registered to our store because we will not being using CubeCart to process new orders.
