This is the upgraded version of the Simple Contact us form that now has cubecart's captcha image build into it.

It includes the same features as before such as:

• Hides your email away from prying eyes
• Checks it is being sent from your domain
• Checks that the email and message fields are filled in.

To use the captcha feature it must be turned on in your admin panel. instructions are also included so you can add your own text (ie. msg/ address) to the top of the form (any text message will be permanently visible to the customer). To style the text you only need to know basic html.

• CubeCart URL:
  When purchasing a modification or design from us you are actually purchasing a license to use that product. Your CubeCart URL is required so that we may issue a license which is then tied to that URL.
• Installation:
  We will provide installation on a virgin copy of your CubeCart version. If you have custom modifications installed please open a Support Ticket to obtain a quotation to ensure your mods are not lost.
  Once you have completed checkout please open a Support Ticket so that we can complete the installation process.
• Developer License:
  On a number of our products you will see the option to purchase a Developer License. This license permits you to unlimited installations of the product purchased for yourself and your clients.
• Copyright Removal:
  All of our Skins, Templates & Themes come with our copyright noticed attached. This usually states, "Design by CubeCartSkins.net" or "Template by CubeCartSkins.net" or "Skinned by CubeCartSkins.net". We have this copyright notice simply because it allows us to keep our prices at an absolute minimum. By purchasing Copyright Removal it permits you to legally remove our design notice. Please see our Licensing Conditions for more information.

Licensing:
Unless you are purchasing a Developer License then one license allows you to use this modification on one store only. If you wish to use this modification on more than one store then please select the appropriate quantity.
